My friend's week old baby boy had open-heart surgery today. The doctors did what they needed to do but discovered that his heart was not as strong as they were hoping. They said that he's a very sick boy and the next 12-24hrs are critical. His parents are soo scared and trying to stay positive.

Please Pray with me for my father George who is suffering from addiction and mental health issues. This week with the help from God I reconnected with him after 6 months of uncertainty. I found him in a disturbing environment, mentally and physically deteriorating. I brought him to the hospital for treatment(s) with his depression and they suggested he attend detox. He was released today and is now temporarily staying in a "safe bed" facility. It has been difficult for me however I have been so close to God in the last week its a blessing in disguise for me, for my prays to be strong and to be the son he requires have been answered. Now I pray for help in prayer for my father who I don't want to lose. Take it from me there is always a positive outlook. Thanks for your help!

Please pray for my sister Marilyn Koop. She is in Hamilton General with and external drain in her head to remove fluid build-up around her brain. We are hoping that a permanent shunt will be put in this week. She also has some serious heart issues that continue to hamper her treatments. She has brain injury from a previous brain aneurism and is non-verbal, so she needs her family to be her advocate. Our prayer is that she can have the surgery soon, and will be able to come home.

Hey, I have been thinking a lot currently about my current employment experiences and came to the realization that it has become a vicious cycle of going from one terrible job to another and I feel it is time for a change. As probably non of you know due to me not telling anybody I dropped out of high school when I was 18 and never really picked it up again due to being ashamed of the fact I do not hold a High School Diploma. However this September I am swallowing my pride and going back and getting that diploma. So I am just asking for some prayer for direction after I achieve this goal on what school to go to and for what!

His second child, at 2&1/2 years old, is in critical condition. She asks we pray for release from pain and suffering for the baby boy. Daniel and Calissa Frans are currently at the hospital. Calissa is pregnant and carrying twins. They have lost one of the babies and are asking for prayer for the second baby.
